RULES AND REGULATIONS
- When the balance has gone through authorization to location will be sent to client. For bookings in less than 40 days from the beginning of the stay the client will have to pay the whole fee.
- Arrival and departures are Saturday’s with the following timing: arrivals between 5.00pm/8.00pm. Departure between 8.00am/10.00am.
- When the client arrives will have to hand in the authorization for the stay, Id for registrations as per local laws and will pay the deposit in cash.
- Only the people indicate on the authorization or however in the maximum number foregone in the description of the house can stay in the house.
- Children up to the age of 2 are not considered as occupants of a bed. Villa Fossi has available 2 baby beds. For people extra people will have to organize themselves.
- At the end of the stay consumptions of electricity, heating and final clearing will be calculated and will have to be paid cash. The deposit will be returned to the client if no damage has been done or no supplementary costs to the stay have incurred.
